Registrant must be (com.au, net.au):

1. an Australian registered company; or
2. trading under a registered business name in any Australian State or Territory; or
3. an Australian partnership or sole trader;
4. a foreign company licensed to trade in Australia; or
5. an owner of an Australian Registered Trade Mark; or
6. an applicant for an Australian Registered Trade Mark; or
7. an association incorporated in any Australian State or Territory; or
8. an Australian commercial statutory body.

Registrant must be (org.au):

1. a charity operating in Australia, as defined in the registrant's constitution or other documents of incorporation; or
2. a non-profit organisation operating in Australia, as defined in the registrant's constitution or other documents of incorporation.

Domain name must (com.au, net.au, org.au):

1. exactly match the registrant's company, business, trading, association or statutory body name; or
2. exactly match the words comprising the registrant's Australian Registered Trade Mark or application for an Australian Registered Trade Mark; or
3. be an acronym or abbreviation of (1) or (2); or
4. be otherwise closely and substantially connected to the registrant, because the domain name refers to.
   1. a product that the registrant manufactures or sells; or
   2. a service that the registrant provides; or
   3. an event that the registrant organises or sponsors; or
   4. an activity that the registrant facilitates, teaches or trains; or
   5. a venue that the registrant operates; or
   6. a profession that the registrant's employees practise.

Registrant must be:

1. an Australian citizen; or
2. an Australian resident.

Domain name must:

1. exactly match the registrant's personal name; or
2. be an acronym or abbreviation of the registrant's personal name; or
3. be otherwise closely and substantially connected to the registrant, because the domain name:
1. is derived from one or more words of the registrant's personal name; or
2. includes one or more words of the registrant's personal name; or
3. is a nick name of the registrant

.eu

Registrant must:

1. hold a trade mark in one of the member states of the European Union; or
2. be a registered company in one of the member states of the European Union; or
3. be a natural person resident within the EU.

1. have a local contact address in Germany, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands respectively. Alternatively, Instra Corporation can act as your agent in the relative country for free.

Registrant must:

1. be a registered company in Hungary. Alternatively, Instra Corporation can hold the domain registration on your behalf.

.it

Registrant must:

1. have a local contact address in one of the member states of the European Union; and
2. have a European tax ID number.

.fr

Registrant must:

1. be a registered company in France; and
2. have a SIREN number of a French company.
